At dstore Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your dstore account or contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email to submit a return request with your order number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure they meet our quality inspection standards.

• 3.
  Courier Pickup

  Our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your doorstep anywhere in Egypt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 7-10 business days.
